1. Inspection & Moisture Detection
We inspect the affected area and look for conditions that may be contributing to mold growth, including roof leaks, plumbing leaks, previous water damage, elevated humidity, and hidden moisture.
2. Containment
When appropriate, containment is established around the affected work area to help prevent dust, debris, and airborne particles from spreading into unaffected areas during remediation.
3. HEPA Air Filtration
Professional HEPA air scrubbers may be operated during remediation to help capture airborne particles and maintain cleaner air within the work environment.
4. Removal of Affected Materials
Contaminated porous materials that cannot be appropriately cleaned may require removal. This can include drywall, insulation, flooring, trim, or other affected building materials.
5. HEPA Cleaning & Mold Removal
